Michelle has over 10 years’ experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field. Because of her experience providing direct support, it gives Michelle a unique perspective on fostering a Person-Centered approach for all individuals participating in Dominion Care Services in the Northern Virginia region. Michelle believes we are all life learners and strives to provide services that allow individuals to build community connections, build independent living skills and create opportunities for individuals to live their best lives.

Quyen Hodge

Program Director of Rappahannock ID/DD Wavier Service

With over a decade of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) field, Quyen has dedicated her career to supporting and empowering individuals with diverse needs. She holds a degree in Social Science. She developed a strong foundation for understanding societal dynamics and human behavior throughout her studies. Her passion lies in mentoring and building meaningful connections, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Samantha Said |  QIDP

State Residential Director

Samantha Said graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2015. She is a proud dog mom to three adorable snuggle bugs. Samantha has been with Dominion since 2016, starting as an in-home DSP and quickly being promoted to Service Coordinator, eventually climbing the ladder to a senior leadership role. With extensive experience in all Waiver services, Samantha began overseeing Residential services in 2021. She has a passion for onboarding qualified residential providers and excels at playing "matchmaker," ensuring long-lasting relationships. Those who have had the honor of meeting Samantha describe her as outgoing, talkative, and someone who can make friends with everyone. In her free time, Samantha enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and practicing self-care.
