Emilie is a Richmond native with a passion for the autism community. She has over 10 years of experience in the field in a variety of different roles but truly found her passion in her role as Personnel Coordinator here at Dominion. Emilie has a special interest in employee satisfaction and recognition along with helping families gain access to the services they need. When Emilie is not at work, you can find her at the local farmers market, traveling with friends, or spending time with her dog Sadie.

Rachel is a BCBA with Dominion Care. She started with the company in 2019 as an RBT and after passing her BCBA exam in 2021, was promoted to Clinical Supervisor. Currently, Rachel supports the afterschool ABA program for adolescents and young adults. Rachel is from South Carolina, but moved to Virginia in 2016 with her husband. They have a 2-year-old daughter who she loves dearly and keeps them busy. They love to take their two miniature dachshunds out on walks and play with their rabbit at home.

Anu Kuriakose is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst. She currently leads the Chesterfield in-home team at Dominion Care. Anu received her Masters of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2021.She has experience working with adults and children with mental health disorders, individuals on the autism spectrum, and other developmental delays since 2011. Anu is passionate about helping families connect and engage with their loved ones through parent training. She has supported her clients in a variety of settings including homes, schools, and an early intervention clinic. She has been part of the Dominion team since 2018. She loves learning new techniques and striving to grow as a clinician. Anu believes in celebrating every small step in the journey with her clients, their families, and her team members. Anu looks forward to working with therapy dogs in the near future. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, enjoying nature, and spending time with her loved ones.

Amber has been in the ABA field since 2018, first working as an RBT before becoming a BCaBA in 2020. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. She currently leads a mixed in-home and clinic team. Amber has a passion for the little wins and works to see lives changed one little win at a time. In her free time you can find her baking, playing with her cats, taking pictures of her daughter, or traveling.

Rachel strives to be a voice and advocate for the autistic community. She began her career in ABA in 2019, which lead to receiving her certification as a BCaBA in late 2020. Previously, Rachel gained valuable experience working with in-home clients ranging from ages 18 months to 17 years. She now serves as the on-site clinician for the Therapeutic Education Center here at Dominion. When Rachel is not working, she enjoys attending craft festivals, fishing, and camping with her husband and two children.

Rachel has worked at Dominion Care since 2015, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and from George Mason University with a Master of Education in Special Education (Focus on Applied Behavior Analysis). Along with providing in-home ABA services, Rachel also loves to assist with planning and leading social skills groups! In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
