FAQ


How can I obtain a breakdown of the charges and payments made to my account?

  • Please feel free to reach out to the Billing Department either by phone or email and simply request an Itemized Statement. You will need the name of the Client, the Date of Birth, and the Account Number (if possible). If you are looking for a specific date range, please include that in your request.

How do I know whether my account is with ABA or Outpatient?

  • ABA:  Provides intervention based in Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with autism, developmental delay, ADHD, or related disabilities. We partner with families to identify goals leading to increased inclusion and independence, focusing on social skills, communication, and reduction of challenging behavior.
  • Outpatient: Provides mental health services such as psychological assessments, therapy, psychiatric medication management and substance abuse services.  This program will also include any ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) Assessments.

Fields Requested when making an Online Payment:

  1. Account Number: Your account number is the same as your account number located at the top right of your Invoice.
  2. Client Name: The Name of the individual receiving services.
  3. E-Mail: The E-mail that you want to receive a copy of your Online Payment Receipt.
  4. Phone Number: The Number that we can contact you if we have additional questions.
  5. Full Name: The Card Holders Name.
  6. Card Info: Enter card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing zip code.
  7. Click on “Pay” to complete the transaction.
