Victoria Forlines received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Services. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Emily is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working in community mental health for seventeen years. She has spent almost fifteen of those years working at Dominion Care where she started as a graduate school intern in the therapeutic day treatment program in Richmond public schools. After receiving her master’s in social work, Emily moved back to her hometown of Lynchburg, VA where she continued working as a clinical supervisor in the therapeutic day treatment program while pursuing her LCSW. Once licensed, she moved into the clinical manager role where she provided clinical oversight to each of the mental health programs in Lynchburg to include mental health skill building, intensive in-home, and community stabilization. For the last three years, Emily has served as the director of all community-based services throughout the state. In her spare time, which now also includes mobile crisis response, life-skills building, transitioned-aged youth services, and psychosocial rehabilitation. In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, puzzles, escape rooms, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Shawniqua Napper received a Master’s of Social Work.

Kelly graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Elementary Education K-8. After completing 30 years with Lynchburg City and Campbell County schools, Kelly has decided to focus on her psychology degree here at Dominion.

Tyler has been working as a community-based counselor for a total of four years in the Lynchburg area, working with both adults and children. Prior to community based services such as Intensive In Home and Mental Health Skill Building, Tyler worked in ABA therapy as an RBT, working with children with Autism. Tyler is currently working on finishing his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with his end goal of being a licensed professional counselor. Tyler is attending Liberty University for his Master's degree, and also received his Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Liberty as well. In his free time, Tyler enjoys traveling with his wife, coaching basketball, and finding a way to relax near a body of water!
