Our Team: Administrative Staff

Katrina has been with Dominion Care since 2018. As our talent acquisition specialist for almost three years, Katrina has advanced to the HR Coordinator role. Her continued dedication to customer and client focus and teamwork is a huge asset to the HR team. She is from a military family and has lived in many states and now calls Virginia home. She graduated from high school in Germany and attended 2 years of college in Munich. Once back in the USA, she attended the University of Maryland. She is an avid photographer and loves to bake.

Theresa A. Picone is a seasoned behavioral health executive and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical leadership, program development, and organizational strategy. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics. Theresa is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and has held senior leadership roles across outpatient services, employee assistance programs, emergency psychiatric services, and business development.

Currently serving as Chief Clinical Officer at Dominion Care, she provides executive-level clinical oversight for behavioral health services. Her prior roles include State Director of Outpatient Services, where she led statewide outpatient mental health operations, and Director positions at Good Neighbor, UHS Inc., and Bon Secours, where she was instrumental in launching crisis intervention services and advancing telehealth and community-based care models.

Theresa also has extensive experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), having managed services and teams serving over 100,000 clients across Virginia and Vermont. She is a past president of the Virginia Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and is recognized for her commitment to evidence-based care, staff development, and strategic growth in behavioral health services.

Morgan started in our ABA Services as a RBT and is now our Marketing Coordinator. She continues to be dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse needs. Morgan is currently working on her Associates of Social Science and Associates of Business. Morgan believes in the importance of empowering and serving individuals, creating opportunity to succeed and grow.
